Description

For sale is my 2014 golf R 5 door in rare limestone grey Colour. I’m the 2nd owner from new.  I’ve owned the car for just over two years.

10 months Mot with no advisories.

2 keys

From factory it has

• 19” Pretoria wheels with nearly new mitchlin P4S tyres

•Full heated leather

•Panoramic roof

• Discover navigation

• Reverse Camera
• DCC suspension

• Adaptive Cruise control

It has full service history from main dealer up to 24k then only serviced by VRS Northampton in my ownership, oil changed using millers nanotech every 6-7k and haldex and DSG have been done twice in my ownership. Mileage is now just under 51k but will rise as it’s my daily driver. Also just had rear door speakers resealed to keep water out.

There are a few stone chips to the front and a small chip in windscreen that happened a couple of days ago which I plan to get repaired before sale.

now the fun stuff it’s been tuned to APR stage 2 which I think really is the sweet spot for a daily driver.

Engine, exhaust and mapping.

• APR stage 2 hi torque and TCU map

•VWR R600 intake

•TT inlet pipe

• Scorpion Sport-cat down pipe (less than 6 months old)

• Wagner intercooler (less than 6 months old)

• BCS resonator delete pipe.

• Forge dog bone poly bush mount

suspension and brakes:

• VWR lowering springs

• Clubsport S discs

• Ferrodo DS2500 pads

• Front and rear wheel spacers with longer wheel bolts

Body:

• Rieger front splitter

• Carbon mirror caps

The car hasn’t wanted for anything in my ownership as you can see it’s had a fair few quid spent on it over the last two years. It really is a well sorted car with all the right mods done to it to make it the car it should of been out of the factory.

All the modifications and servicing has been carried out by VRS in Northampton who are well known in the R community. I have receipts for all the work carried out and a dyno sheet from VRS where the car made 407bhp. Always driven with mechanical sympathy, always warmed and cooled properly. I really don’t want to split the parts down as I think the car is perfect how it is and is ready for a hybrid turbo if you wanted more power.

Any questions please ask.

No test pilots.

thanks.
