    Fuel pump problem

He has removed and re tightened the screw so hopefully that solves the issue.

    Help with error codes please

It’s my mates car but he hasn’t had any loss of coolant. Looking on the internet it seems a common fault the thermostat being faulty. Fingers crossed that’s the issue.

Unfortunately he doesn’t. Taking it to local garage today to see what the score is. The joys of motoring I guess!

    Fuel pump problem

Hi, my my friend is having an issue with a strong smell of fuel in the cabin. We pop the engine cover and found the fuel pump ( I think ) covered in burnt fuel I assume. Anyone seen this before??

    vogtland lowering springs

I’ve got them on my S3 and find them a lot better than the H&Rs on my Golf R.

    Must have mods

I ran h&r on my R and found the ride quite harsh on19s but that was their first revision. With my S3 I bought a set of Vogtland springs and more than happy with them... looks spot on and a lot better than my h&r for comfort.

    Must have mods

Remap and springs! i know it’s a lease but just put it back to standard when returning it. You’ll have no issues mate.

    BCS Powervalve resonator delete

X2 for above post! Running decat with stage 2 with cheap res delete and had to for OEM resonator back in due to drone!! Unbelievable!! Interested if bcs res delete will still cut out drone with decat. Other option is having a sport cat fitted with bcs pipe.

    Ayrshire Lowering Springs fitting

Used Ecotune plenty over the years but they don’t fit parts not purchased through themselves which I totally understand.
  12. Can anyone recommend a garage in Ayrshire to fit a set of lowering springs to my S3 2017. Cheers
  13. On the high tune stage 1 APR without S Tronic tune with no issues! new 7 speed boxes are meant to be solid and good for stage 2 also.
  14. Morning. Just wondering if anyone has went to stage 2 with out mapping the new 7 speed gearbox. Got everything ready to go Stage 2 but holding off till the DSG map is out which seems to be a lift time.
  15. Anyone exchanged their turbo themselves or at least removed it? Due to it being a top mounted turbo not sure if it would be too hard to swap out. Watched a couple of YouTube videos and looks not too bad a job if you have time in your hands.
