  1. I’ll sort pics when I’ve done the Grille badge!! Ive got the RS3 system in the shed...was thinking of taking one motor off it, connect it up to the car and see if Race mode activated the motor. Just not sure it’s the same connector.
  2. So I've customised a few bits on my car now - GTD Grille, Black Badges, BCS Res Delete yesterday thanks to Dave and Nige, great people ( @nige bcs love it, thanks), Turbo Technics inlet pipe to fit too. Next is the most important change, the RS3 silencer.....I have a fabricator lined up who is going to fit the rear silencer. I have the system already. Does anybody know if the flap motors in the RS3 silencer will work if plugged in? Thanks

    Literally 2 minute job...

That must just be a standard wording they’ve used. They are the ones I ordered an definitely not stick on!!!

I haven't seen the Racingline ones but they look like they could be the sane item just with the branding added. £192 is crazy money, maybe if they were Carbon I could imagine the manufacture cost to be high but these, nope!!

To cover the Badge backing I am either going to cut a side blade R emblem down to make a custom badge using the GTD badge holder or get another badge to put on the backing (I've got on order but wont say what it is until I see what it looks like).

Nothing poor quality goes on my cars! I’d guess these are basically unbranded Racingline ones. They are not stick on, they replace the original ones. Dropped in price now....only £55. Took a couple of weeks to get here from China but the wait didn’t bother me. 9. Afternoon All, Decided to keep my car and make some changes. BCS res delete going on this Thursday, GTD Grille fitted, new Black/Blue badges and I ordered some paddles off Amazon that looked identical to Racingline. Arrived to day and fitted them but they look identical to Racingline without the branding which I actually like. £60 instead of £192....that lettering is certainly not worth £132 in my eyes.

    Dual instead of Quad exhaust

Been obsessing over this again....I took the Chrome tips off when I got my car and that satisfied my dislike for the 4 pipes for a while but I now want the RS3 style rear. It has been done by somebody - not bothered about the sound, the look of the RS3 pipes rear is so much better. That Black GTD is 😍

RS style ovals on an R ?

Each to their own is my view. RS3 style would finish the car for me....always thought 4 pipes was unnecessary, partly because its a 4 pot, however I'm not a fan on the M2/M3/M4 either to be honest.

    GTD/GTI Grille for 7R

I just want to change the upper Grille....looks much better from the few images I've seen with the Honeycomb.

RS style ovals on an R ?

Found this clip - if @nige bcs were to do a RS3 type rear conversion I'd be interested for sure.

    GTD/GTI Grille for 7R

I’ve ordered one off eBay 👍🏻...think it’ll improve the front of the car. The slated grille is dull to me now!
