Hey guys and girls- sorry for asking a question that may have been asked before but I couldn't find any definitive answer. How much does it cost to fill a tank (standard red light on levels of fuel!) and how far do you get from an average tank of sensible driving and a bit of fun? Thanks for any help! Sam

Haha, don't worry- I've learnt to not listen to forum chat-bandits. I've never driven a DSG so am interested to see what it's like. Have read many different reviews of both types and it is obviously down to personal preference hence why I need a test drive. Just wanted to check it was a done thing- I've only ever bought second hand cars except for my current lease but didn't even test that- is just a cheap daily so wasn't bothered about the drive. Sam

Hi all, been lurking for some time and doing my research- just have a few questions to ask! I'm after an R and don't know whether to go for a DSG or manual- obviously a test drive is needed but do people test drive these cars and then buy on finance? I am fully aware you're not obliged to buy from the dealer but wasn't sure if this was a done thing? Likewise- I've seen mention that some people have had 24 hour test drives; is this a done thing?
