  1. Okay, so I got my JB4 today, just fitted it and went out for a few runs. Boost safety has not been changed so it is 24 psi. I logged the car in map 2 and it was requesting 17, additive of 5 but the boost hit 26.4 psi and did not drop back into map 4 from the safety limit. Anyone else seen this kind of behaviour? 2. I snapped mine in the exact same place, took the other half off, glued it together, and then filled the entire green piece (as it's hollow) with glue as well. It's holding strong and been like that for almost 10k. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

  4. Driving carefully, and 50 limited roadworks on the way helped me a bit. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  5. These arrived and were fitted last week, haven't managed to get a good photo to put up yet, but will do asap. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  6. I'm running 11mm front, 17.5mm rear. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  7. Yes, I'm looking at getting a JB4. Just think I may hold out until the new year. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

  9. Another clean of the body. Now some time to spend on cleaning/sealing the wheels properly. Also trial fitting mk6 springs that were lying around (just out of curiosity). Rears were fine, Front spring doesn't fit in the rubber seating bush so that process was swiftly reversed. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  10. This is within 5 days of the last post, gleaming - filthy in no time at all thanks to loads of building around work spreading dirt everywhere + the general state of the roads/weather. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  11. A good clean for the start of a week down south for work. First motorway mileage too, pretty decent mpg (thanks mostly to the amount of roadworks the entire journey ) Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  12. https://vimeo.com/196525401 First launch in the car, and I wasn't even driving it. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  13. Front right tyre wasn't holding pressure since purchase, so an afternoon thinking I was paying for a tyre patch turned out to be a cracked rim! That's the second hand market though I guess. Took it to a local guy to get fixed and now it's back to normal. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

  16. Thought I should start a build thread. Partially for my own use, but also to get feedback on decisions I either make or look into making. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  17. I believe the VWR springs are only meant to be around 10-15 mm. H&R's are 25mm but I have read a few people have not liked them at all, which is putting me off slightly. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  18. I'll check tomorrow morning. It was really bugging me as it was around 70 in 6th that it was rattling. I wasn't a massive fan of the fake noise but was willing to live with it. Once it was the fake noise combined with the rattle, it had to go haha. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  19. Exact build date I mean, car is 14 plate. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  20. I'm not sure, what's the best way to find out? Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  21. Yeah, it's a good space to get stuff done on the car and not have to rely on the weather aha. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
