  2. hi guys , just an update after a month driving with the RPC Intake manifold: PROS - The car as little more push during high end power Cons - Average engine Oil Temp during cruise was 105 degrees celsius (before Installation); at the moment it went up to 106 - 108 degrees celsius due to 2 things (deleted runner flap and RPC intake manifold is aluminum comparing to OEM is plastic; during winter period you will benefit from the aluminum manifold more but during summer it works against you specially the region where im at. - Fuel Consumption is More - Slight lag during low rpm but once you get used to it you will hardly notice its there Note: i will add Raceline Engine Oil Cooler by sometime next week and i will add my review about that too how many degrees did it drop comparing to my normal driving.

  4. Hi all, I couldn’t able to search for dyno figures for every car on stage 3 setup on a single post. So I will start and hope everyone else will lead from here as well to give a picture of each turbo how it performs comparing to others. I’m not starting HP war but instead make it easier for others who are willing to go this route to identify what there aiming for and which turbo suits them etc. I know some dyno reads are heavier than others; such as dyno dynamics reads lower than mustang dyno and mustang dyno reads lower than dyno jet dyno. In addition some dynos are heavy comparing to others which was the case for me on this particular dyno. But hope this will enlighten some of you guys who are willing to go this route later. About the My golf R. It’s 2016 Model DSG Purchased November 2016 and by October 2017 I went to stage 3 with turbo technics V4 tuned By MRC. The Milage during that time was around 10,500km and today I clocked 40,000km with same setup. And yes it’s still stock internals and stock clutch’s. Beside that I have done a test run from 60 to 230 km/h; you can check below as well. Hope that helps. Hope to hear your thoughts.   5. Hi all, I haven’t seen any reviews on RPC intake manifold so I wanted to give you my initial impression after the first 2 day drive along with the intake manifold. First impression, the car is laggy all gear at initial feel of the pedal but after that it’s okay. I can’t say if the car is faster or not comparing to OEM intake manifold but certainly it consumes more fuel then before since I had flap delete done as well. First day it seem the car still adapting with the new software but second day the car feels better and more responsive but don’t get me wrong the lag is still present but I have to do a dyno pull to get true facts. That picture does speak a thousand words...certainly tough to take in even though it’s your car but we all learn what’s the limits of the car..it certainly did well for 18k of torture with your setup...certainly I need to go your route in-terms of engine build ..but I would love to add intake valve kit on the car as well with brand such as ferrea or supertech ..strangely from other forums I haven’t seen anyone installed these. May I ask how long did you last on 2.45 bar ...I’ve been on 2.35 bar for few months last year then went down to 2.05 bar for summer but at the moment at 2.2 bar file for sometime..I ve seen guys going for 2.45 bar and they said it’s too addictive and it’s too hard to go back to normal file eventually they had same issue as you the engine gave up with time. The past 8 months been running silver racing spark plugs ER10S .. very rare occasion there is misfire when it’s on idle ...but if I switch the car off and then back go ON it disappear...I guess it depends on each car setup. spark gap I kept it 0.025”...every 7000km I gap the spark plug again and I change them every 15000km .. with NGK Spark plugs you can go up to 20 or 25000 km...I personally like silver racing spark plug I feel it works well if you add some racing fuel.
