  1. Have the same issue, it's even harder if you have an aftermarket catchcan and Turbo inlet pipe no other way around it unfortunately ...
  2. Good independent in depth testing on various Turbo Inlet pipes.. http://www.mygolfmk7.com/turbo-inlet-pipe/ Sent from my ONEPLUS A6003 using Tapatalk
  3. Surprised no one mentioned flowdesignsaustralia https://flowdesignsaustralia.com/collections/volkswagen/products/vw-mk7-golf-r-rear-valance-3-piece-set They just reveled thier updated version, you can check them out on thier IG, they have been revealing a couple of new designs for other parts as well. 4. Can anyone confirm fitment of the new version, on ECS it says it won't fit the 7R
  5. In that case I'm not sure, better have @[email protected] input..
  6. You can't run anything els along side the JB4, as soon as it detects slow transfer rate in data, fail safe will be activated and it will go to bypass mode, I have read this on n54 forums.
  7. Metal ones without any type of heat coating will probebly rob from you power, I have the spulen kit that should go in the car once I have my Intercooler. From what I read it's perfect fitment, it has also a methanol bung just in case you need it.
  8. It looks like BL is the latest revison BL on the left Sent from my ONEPLUS A6003 using Tapatalk
  9. Cheers m8, will diffently look into it, Edit, on mk7 forum it says tev latest version is 06K103495BL, which looks slightly different from what I have, and the part number you posted looks exactly the same I'll check the part number on mine once I get home..
  10. Yup, the top plate, im just waiting for RL to get back to me, if they reply with the liquid gasket solution, I'm gonna ask for full refund,, I didn't pay for a premium product the dosnt function as it should be and get asked to fix it my self, Sent from my ONEPLUS A6003 using Tapatalk

  12. Unless you don't mind spending $500 and end up with a leaky PCV plate then being ask to use liqued gasket to fix the issue, then yes avoid Racingline at all costs. And as for being pointless on o stock R, that's where you are wrong, any way to have a clean air into your intake is a good practice, dual injection engines are notorious for dirty valves which on the long run, causes bad things I'm sure you are aware of. with that being said I do have stage 2 parts laying around just need to time to install them. As I said, ECS CatchCan did a much better job on one of the owners on here, he was pretty much stock as well. Sent from my ONEPLUS A6003 using Tapatalk
  13. Will do, I did in fact used red loctite on the botton bolts to be on the safe side, but now that you have mentioned it, I started to have my doubts about this kit. Sent from my ONEPLUS A6003 using Tapatalk
  14. After a long debait on which CatchCan to go with I have decided to buy the Racingline Oil Management system from USP motorsports. Installed on a basicly stock MK7 R apart form having an Intake, I was expecting a cleaner intake after a couple of thousand miles.* The catch can was installed back in November, after two weeks and during a regular sunday wash a popped the engine cover to inspect the PCV, I noticed oil is leaking from around the base plate, I wiped it down and removed and reinstalled everything making sure the gasket is perfectly secured.* Exactly today I thought I have a look at the can to see how much oil/slug it has cought, checked the dipstick nothing was there which was surprising, I removed the intake hose and had a look at the inlet pipe to my shock there was a pool of oil accumulated at the bottom of the pipe. I was expecting much cleaner air intake, but the amount of oil I found as in there was no catch can installed.* I also rechecked the baseplate and it was leaking oil (picture attache) I searched Google to see if anyone is having any issues recently, and found a couple reports of basplate leaking and the remedy is to use gasket maker on the base plate, which I'm totally against specially for the premium paid for the Catchcan, it should come much better fit and finish. I have emailed RL will be reporting back with thier reply, for now, anyone looking for a catch can please avoid RL at all costs. WHY.A.H.WHY.A Sent from my ONEPLUS A6003 using Tapatalk
