Which Rupes pads have you ordered?   Coupled with which polish?

I’m quite jealous!   Very keen to give mine a full detail in the autumn, got full complement of Rupes pads/polishes but think I’ll go with a Scholl pad and polish combo (S20, S30+ or S40 - depending on exactly what’s needed) on the Rupes DA as that was a real winner previously.  And then use Rupes iBrid Nano set I got last year for some intricate areas.  Right now even a wash would be good, but hosepipe ban says ‘non’.  I’ve just been out with a bucket of warm water and a soft microfibre to melt off the bird crap that the feathered beasties deposited on it early this morning.  Fortunately they must have been eating a non acidic diet as it’s not marked the paint.

These pads:

This Polish:

Seems to work for me in most scenarios with the green combo or UHD combo for the tough stuff, though this is very rare.

Good stuff.  I have those but when you’re restricted to working outside and there’s some warmth and sun, I’ve found Rupes polishes are not the best choice.  A polish with a longer working time is better.  But for your amazing set up, perfect combo.

I’m looking forward to breaking out this and trying these DA polishes.

Ah yes, they are useless in any sort of sun, dry out far too quickly.

I used to use menzera polishes before I got the Rupes which are good too....don't ask me which ones though!

I would love an ibrid but can't justify it!  I would also like some ramps and some hex lighting!

Dunno if I should try and supervise or not

So my niece’s husband is cleaning there brand new car for the first time later. He has never had any interest in cars until buying this and wants to use my stuff. I’m out for most of the morning but he reckons his dad has shown him what to do. Luckily I taught his father the ways of the force but I’m getting nervous

Either take a very deep breath and leave Young Skywalker to it in the hope that the father has passed on your teachings.

Or if that’s too scary, ask him to wait until you’re around so you can ‘help’ (teach) as it is your stuff he’s using.
