dazie00
Thought i' d start this off with a few angles on the Oettinger spoilers which hopefully encourage a few more to get some or all of the bodykit. I've spent far to much money on this car but i do love it !! Like the BBS wheels the most 👍

FBF
How easy is it to install and remove the spoiler? Been considering one for ageees Goes on with a sealant. I'd get the VW garage to fit it personally, but sure a decent outfit would charge no more than 200 to paint and fit. Once it's on its on. But when I come to trade mine in, it's coming off or I want an extra 300 on my px price

Even though it makes the car look good I'd reckon an aftermarket mod would reduce the price, no?
meylerm
I like this spoiler, did you all buy them direct from oettinger? I think I'm also going to take the gloss black roof wrap off in the process.

dazie00
How easy is it to install and remove the spoiler? Been considering one for ageees You won't want to remove it once its on, you have to key the original spoiler before fitting so if you do manage to dissolve the sealant you will probably have to repaint the original spoiler .once the sealant is on you just stick it in place and then put lots of strong masking tape to hold it in place till the sealant goes off overnight . Even though it makes the car look good I'd reckon an aftermarket mod would reduce the price, no? Definitely not reduce the price. When I was thinking about px'ing my car I said I'd take it off to the lad from Audi. He was like do not as it makes the car more appealable and it looks so much better. He didn't offer me anything for it so I told him not a chance. Not giving it away to some lucky lad. They'd win a watch getting the spoiler! It's just sealant, can't imagine it ruining the paint below unless it's taken off in a rush/incorrectly Do it. You won't regret it!
