dazie00 2,413
Having my 3 year service and MOT on Wednesday and wondering weather a higher grade of oil or brake fluid would be better than the normal ones or will it not make any difference ?? Thoughts???
gfarmer 252
I would use millers nanodrive for the engine and brake fluid isn't expensive so might as well stick something better in there Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk camelsac2002
Lawson 205
Same I've gone with millers nanodrive 5w40 with my upcoming hybrid setup. Nothing but positive reports and it far exceeds VW spec. DUB and gfarmer
MC71 143
Yeap...always ran Nano 5w40 on my TFSI (standard and tuned) and also the TSI will benefit from the same.
minesaturbo 30
I recently tried Fuchs Titan 5-40 fully synthetic, no issues on stage 2.
GrayMK7R 678
millers nanodrive cfs 5W40 is the best stuff for a tuned car, keeps friction nice & low at operating temps
Paradox1 124
I use VW Quantum platinum 5w40 Have used it on stardard and tuned cars As for brake fluid.... the standard VW fluid should do, but if you plan on doing trackdays then id recommend motul

Msportman 2,131
Think I'll swap out to Millers at some stage. Is there opinion on the Castrol fully synthetic that the dealers use. Ive got two free services so to keep changing oil specs in between the dealer services may not do the engine any favours. Castrol ain't cheap and used to be regarded as good oil?
