Anyone got any information on the codes above??
I'm no expert but if it is coolant related there is a well known common fault with the thermostat housing leaking coolant, also the water ump is prone to failure. Do you get a low coolant warning on the dash, if you do and you open the coolant tank and it back fills that's a telltale sign.

Again, no expert myself but this looks suspiciously like the coolant bag split issue that is a common fault with these cars. 

 

Check the bag has not split inside the coolant reservoir. Standing in front of your car, you can find the bag to the right hand side of the tank.

A tell tale sign is apparently the heater matrix failing and then the heaters in the car being at different temperatures ie side hot and middle cold

Only from what I have read, if the bag breaks the silicon beads get stuck in the heater matrix causing it to fail
