Just spotted this section.

Great videos, he's certainly going for it, keep up the good work.

I know it's your Sponsored page and it is what it is but think it would get so much more coverage/viewing for you within "Modifying MK7"

Double up. 😀

Thanks for the feedback! Maybe we'll move the thread over once the build is complete

Intresting watch, With the amount of mods im sueprised they are not forging the engine though?

Awesome to hear you found it interesting! Forging the engine isn't really 'required' at this power level, at least not on a low mileage car like this that hasn't got any known running issues.

All that power and it's a manual!......with a clutch no good for track or launches, yet cooling, suspension, pcv etc upgrades you'd only need for a track.

Still interesting to watch, just odd upgrade path.

OooOooOOOO manual!

The organic clutch if bedded in correctly works fine at this torque level and is more suitable for the driving dynamics the customer wants. We gave him the option of the sintered metal clutch but the customer did not want the aggressive engagement, higher NVH, less DMF service life and he won't be launching it or attending a lot of track days.

The cooling, suspension and PCV upgrades work well on any Golf R, especially if you intend on driving the car on fast B-roads.
