AHG 1,109
TL;DR For all those in waiting - stay strong you will be so happy when it comes So, I love these two screens Can’t decide which is better will use the round one for sport mode as the race takes me to the other one Also turned on heated steering wheel by mistake but only when fiddling with the views cant see how that happens while driving Do those temps look ok ? Was in the car with AC for an hour (thought they’d get cooler. but no) Finally put on the door sill protectors 3 went great but I kind of botched the driver’s one and have to take it off and put it back on not sure how the tape will hold but then again - it’s not bearing any load if it rattles, I’ll re-arrange it with new tape also found my favorite Individual setup (for now) Finally my car is home, where it belongs, with her older sister. and it is a phenomenal car, with all the good and the bad. Booth11 23,671
@AHG Those two screens are the best imo too. Switch between them. Can you consider posting up further observations on your car in either a new dedicated Members’ Ride thread or in one of the Quick Questions or Tips threads so this one can stay on topic for those with orders still in progress. Thanks 👍 AHG
AHG 1,109
Sure. My bad. overly pumped here. I’ll open a dedicated thread for my car. could I have your help to move all of my ”look at my new car” posts from here to there ? I put up many of them (at the port, at the dealer, at the detailed) in an attempt to cheer up those who wait

Worked perfectly and the plate never budged at all in 5.5 years I had the car, and went through very many pressure washes in that time and lots of other detailing processes. Didn’t remove it though as sold car with those plates on. I have removed stainless steel sill protectors stuck on with similar adhesive tape though, and just gently heated the area using a hairdryer then gently pried the plates off and no damage to paint whatsoever, removed glue residue with glue remover. Finally, no screws nor frames in sight ! (just holes concealed underneath) TechieAli, neilybealy and Booth11

neilybealy 21
Awesome that looks lush . Looks strange with the sub in the boot with no spare, guess I’m just used to seeing it sit in the wheel

egg 42
Looking good. lapiz blue looks awesome when clean under lights. had lapiz 7R and loved the colour, but went white this time for a change. (Black hides too many details imo. Unless you’re after the murdered look)
