Spades
Hey guys, been looking at a Remus Resonated Valved Catback for my 7.5 R and can't decide on which tips to go for, if I do decide to despite the price tag. I like both the chrome versions. The angled cut ones remind me of the Akraprovic ones. But these ones look more OEM which I prefer to keep the car looking stock. What do you guys think? DanTheManc
https://www.instagram.com/p/CTKeECdjAs_/?igshid=YmMyMTA2M2Y= I had the 4" rolled tips on my Remus. More photos on my Instagram if you scroll to last year
JKZ
I think the angled look really smart - anything that resembles the Akro ones isn’t a bad thing.
Spades
I've ordered the rolled tips. Now deciding if I want to install them to sit like stock or have them stick out slightly over the diffuser to show off the R logo.

If you want them to stick out slightly you're best off getting an aftermarket diffuser if you haven't already got one. When I first got my Remus with the 4" rolled tips, I didn't have an aftermarket diffuser and the tips looked out of proportion and out of place. After installing my DS Fins, it tied everything in and the tips suited the car much better

I agree that if they stick out without a diffuser it looks a little out of place. I think that spoiler is going to cost me another arm. Where did you get yours from? I bought my Oettinger direct from VW along with the official adhesive kit.
