Whos had a stage 1 map and whats your thoughts? And who did you use?

Booked in for racingline ecu & tcu. Normally a REVO fan but heard good things about the team there so decided to do it. I have the racingline turbo inlet and hose with the R600 so it should hit 405-420bhp.

Yes, we have done plenty and have not had a chance to update the group.

As with the Mk7 platform, we are leading the way in custom tuning for the Mk8.

400+bhp for the Mk8R stage 1, 450 bhp for stage 2, we already have a completely stock Club Sport running 100-200 in 8.3s!

Choose your own level of over run crackle, listen as we tune :)  Choose your own shift points and features for the TCU tune, or just go with our recommended options :)

Will you be offering remote tuning like the MK7?

Also do you offer remote tuning for the TCU yet on the mk7?

100-200 in 8.3 is impressive!

Can you tune TCU on 2022 cars?

How you finding the racingline tune Brad?

Loving it. Feels factory like to drive nice and linear through whole rev range. Much better under 2500rpm.

Getting use to start/stop default off on start as part of tune lol.

Haven’t done a proper launch yet but do have to watch speed more lol.

With stage 1 hitting 400+ in the mk8 the equivalent of a stage 2 mk7 how does the intercooler cope with the extra heat? Anyone know if it’s more efficient? With a stage 2 mk7 they see you need to upgrade the intercooler or is this only needed for track days and multiple pulls?

I run APR stage 2 HO on stock IC long term (8yrs) and don’t have any heat soak issues but I don’t track car or push hard too often. Driving it legally with fast take offs when time is right, I’m  not seeing high inlet temps which I measure on scan gauge.

I have upgraded boost pipe kit and have the BCS DP thermal wrap so possibly together they assist.
