Hi, I've recently bought a MK7 Golf R, but for some reason there is some of the black tailgate trim missing. I'm basically looking for a part number or name, so that I can buy some replacements. Ideally I want genuine VW parts, if possible. I've attached a photo of the trim that I mean. Thanks

Hi guys, I bought this exact car just under a month ago and it still has the same problem with the tailgate LEDs, though intermittently. It started by not allowing me to open the boot at all, with the MFD displaying the boot as open. The next day the boot miraculously allowed me to open it but none of the LEDs on the tailgate were working. Then today both are working fine with nothing showing on the MFD. So I'm wondering whether the previous owner managed to find a solution or not.

That looks sick. Definitely going to get a kit for mine. On a side note, what's that next to your light switch?
