Thanks for all the replies much appreciated! A little about the situation I purchased the car from volkswagon garage in kings lynn about a year and a half ago. The car was in perfect condition including paint and I even went further by paying for a 800 pound ceramic coating that lasts 3 years which makes this even more frustrating, I got in contact with hawco inverness and took my car in where they paint checked it and took photos and said I'd definitely be eligible for a claim seeing the car is so new. About 3 days later they rejected my claim so I will be back on the phone to see if I can try again to get it resolved.

Just wandering if anyone has any experience with rust on there golf r and trying the warranty process with volkswagon. I tried a claim due to both wings on my 16 plate golf r rusting and got rejected, is this fair or should I raise another claim.
