If I got an OBD Eleven would I be able to fix it ?

I have it about 7 months now , I couldn’t tell you if they have been working as I haven’t been paying attention to them it was only today I noticed that the outside ones are only working , I wouldn’t know anything about OBD eleven or VCDS as it’s my first car so this is new to me 😅

Hi guys I’m having an issue with my Rear Led Indicators the outside ones are working both sides but the inside indicators aren’t coming on at all any help would be appreciated car is a 2016 R-Line has all the same exterior as an R
