I’ve got a 18 golf tdi 1.6 got it in March I’ve had a feeling the car feels funny questioned it with a friend who said it’s nothing. I then drove to cornwall the other week and I was kicking white smoke out at the 350 mile mark stoped checked car seemed ok once turned off I made few calls was told it maybe a dpf regent so I listened. I did it again the next day but again stoped no issue after a local mechanic in cornwall saying it was a dpf kick out. So fast forward I have had no smoke issue's but a light come on again when I had a long drive just before it come on I felt the car lower in speed first the light come on and now I drove home easy in it and now it’s saying stop start error on the dash
