Hi Everyone, Quick post to say hi. I've been an Audi-ophile for a while but decided to swap my S4 Avant for a Golf R. It was a tough choice at the time but I'm soooo pleased I did. Loved the R when I swapped 6 months ago and still do after 8K miles. Great forums here so thanks in advance to all of the active members from whom I've already got a huge amount of great advice and hope to pass some of it on to others as and when I know enough to share some wisdom! Hello hello everyone, I'm excited to be here. Currently in Germany, relocated from the UK. Despite some scandals and bashing in the news, my love for VW is still going strong. I own a Golf GTI. Hello everyone! And thank you for supporting this forum. I learned a ton from you whilst searching out the R. Not the easiest car to find in the US. Picked up my new MK7 R this past weekend. Haven't owned a VW since my '89 GTI. The R is probably the last self-drive gasoline powered car I'll own. But what a way to go! Cheers OY
