Hi all, Hope you can help, I have managed previously to download and update my SatNav software in my Mk7 MY2017 66 plate R and it is currently using '5NA919866H 1115 ECE1 2019/20'. I see there is an updated file download available https://webspecial.volkswagen.de/vwinfotainment/int/en/index/downloads/maps-download#/?car=c0983061-7568-49f7-998e-34d5dac823c6&navi=19e5c80f-ca98-4776-8981-3aee228c0e5a but the filename doesn't really suggest it is an update of the previous version (being 'DiscoverMedia2_EU1_1410_V12' ) - what i'm hoping is some clever person can tell me if that is the correct update for the UK (and immediate countries - not interested in driving on the continent tbh). I guess I was hoping the update would have been called something similar but with 2020/21 at the end instead - or maybe I was being to logical(!) TIA 🙂

Looking at the screens of the Golf Rs from UK and EU, I feel like I am not getting my due...I saw someone post the digital boost gauges from the UK...nowhere to be found in my US version... What apps does the apple car connect allow you to play with in the UK and EU? We only get the apple music, spotify and tuneIn Radio...not bad, but I have hacked my iPhone to download the BBC apps in the US and would love to learn if they can be used with the software version from the UK. I think it would be great to trade notes and screen shots to see what each side is missing out on...from there, I might decide to hack my Golf R and utilize the EU and UK software versions if they are worth it... Thanks
