Lovely looking white 5dr on Cadiz wheels. Looked nice and clean, Female driver. Was it anyone on here?

I was told by VWCS that it could sit at the port for 10 days and mine was there for 9. Was Grimsby though not Tyne.

Just insured my car for picking it up on Thursday. How can it be cheaper to insure the R than a 2 year old 2.0 Diesel Vauxhall Insignia? £268 for the year.

Up in the North East. No it's being delivered to my work on the Thurday and i'm off the Friday so i'll get it all waxed and sealed then a little drive to get used to my first DSG car.

I'm BW9. Car arrived in UK on the 11th, changed to 6 on the tracker on the 12th but no text or email. Got a text and email stage 6 on the 17th, a week later. Still no stage 7 but my car is being delivered next Thurday. Roll on the 26th!!!

There is no way each ship can take 10,000 cars. The Weser Highway which is a regular Emden/Grimsby ship only takes 750 units it says. Have a look on www.kess.kline.de they have a few of the regular Emden ships.

No text or email today so I called VWCS for an update. My car left Emden on a boat to Grimsby yesterday and should arrive today. I am BW9.

Changed this morning as it was still stage 3 at 11pm last night. I waited till 8:45 and no text or email so thought I would check tracker and it had updated. Doesn't say a,b or c on the website though so I have no idea which one it is at.

No text or email for me BW9, but just checked the tracker and it's saying stage 5 now.

Yeah I'm BW9. Do they not send the stage 4 messages as I see a lot of people have said they have had this stage skipped and went straight to 5a?

23rd October. Bit depressing seeing all the BW10 getting the stage 5 texts and emails when I'm getting nothing.

I'm the same. Called my dealer today and he said he had received my chassis number. I don't know where that puts it in the build but my tracker is still stage 3.

I called VWCS yesterday about my car which is BW9 and was told the build takes 2 weeks when on the Tracker website it says 30 hours over 2 days. I think they just say things to cover themselves.

Hi, After browsing the forum for a few weeks now i've just signed up as the info given on the forum and help with any queries is excellent from what I have saw. I've ordered myself a 5Dr 7R with DSG in Lapiz Blue. Added a few extras: winter pack, reversing camera and high beam assist and have a confirmed build week of week 9. Looking forward to picking it up in just over a month hopefully as I was told it should be with me the end of March. Graham.
