Car on in tomorrow to get sorted with my detailer, I have to say the siramik coating seems to be getting better as the weeks go

Had paranoid booming out of it today , quality, didn't here much of the engine though!!

Paid the extra for the tech pack and the sound is amazing, but the car is the wife's and I only get to drive it on a weekend, and all I want to do is listen to the roar of the engine lol, and the music stops me hearing the beast!!. joking apart the Dynaudio is great

I have had an ongoing issue with a xenon light which thankfully got sorted yesterday. when cleaning today I have noticed some marks and scratches on the bonnet, this is particularly annoying as I had the car detailed last week with a siramic coating.i have rang the dealer and will take the car in for them to view next week, but not sure where I stand with this.

Had the car around 6 weeks although due to work I haven't really had chance to have a real play with all the gadgets. tech pack is on the car, any advice would be appreciated as I am spending the day in her tomorrow. im sure it can do a hell of a lot that I'm not aware of

Took her back today and surpise surprise they now think it needs a new complete lamp!!, only took them 3 visits to work it out

Took mine in for a full detail today, had the car 4 weeks. the guy who is doing the works for me said it is the worst new car he had seen for fine scratches etc. probably would have better taking straight in without the dealer cleaning. i have cleaned the car myself using a lambs wool mit so I wouldn't have thought I have caused it. hopefully he will be able to polish out

I have the auto hold function, when pressed the light comes on to indicate it has been activated. Can I leave this on constantly?

This isn't the dealer that I brought he car from, it's just a closer dealer so if it was the loom etc I thought they would of told me. i suppose it's just one of those frustrating things that happens sometimes More things to worry about that a bulb!

The plot thickens 2nd visit to the dealer today booked in for 3.0pm. after an hour comes and has a chat and tells me they have to Take the front bumper off , so will take another half an hour or so, no probs as long as it is sorted. 4.30 comes alone and he returns to me tell me the replacement bulb is also faulty and will have to order another one.!!, I was lost for words ,this bulb is causing me some so much pain and wasted fuel. i am getting the car fully detailed on Monday for a few days so couldn't leave it. they have offered to collect next time but Jesus considering these xenons are not supposed to go, that's two gone. really annoying

Had the car around 4 weeks with no issues only to see a warning light come up on the dash telling me the bulb had gone,crikey I thought that didn't take long. i thought I would take the easy option to Halfords , but after they opened the bonnet they confirmed they couldn't do it and advised I take it to a garage. then rang the local VW dealer and they advised , pop it down and we will sort, so off I went around a 30 mi. Drive, again pops the bonnet and advises unfortunately we will have to order this special bulb in for you! . almost spent half a day just trying to get a bulb changed, and now had to book in for Friday, not sure what's so special about this type of bulb.

Sounds great, although I am new to all the racing track days, I would like to give it a go, assume we can attend as a couple . had the R for around 4 weeks now and my only complaint is keeping the beast clean!,

I think currys are also pushing for £10 per month
