Hey guys Back again used to have a MK7 around 2 years ago. Just collected this lovely turmeric 7.5 few days ago , few nice extras on it and few plans going forward. Hi guys Taking delivery of my new R this weekend , looking to swap my wheels from spielburg to prets. Question I have is that are the tyres a like for like swap onto the new wheels ? Best posts you say ? maybe have a little read about what was said what I did. This would have been resolved a lot quicker but certain circumstances beyond my control limited certain factors. I've gone out my way to rectify things and also compensated Ian with 100.00 as an apology even though he didn't want it. Why ? Because I'm a genuine guy. See above ! Not posted recently with my horrendous working hours but while I've been busy I have had a few things sorted. Correction Detail in and out and the wheels sandblasted and painted as I marked them [emoji24]. Around 4 weeks ago VW also had the car in as it had developed a small plastic fracture on the inlet. The inlet was changed , plugs and a full oil change. Next on the list is a BBK and 525 from MRC Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

No worries Ian and anyone else I'm not like that at all , just wanted people to know and not have a ever lasting impression. Genuine problems arose not Ian's or my fault but it just went on and on but that's partly down to me and my commitments also. I sorted it and gave some extra for the hassle as I from my end it's been just as stressful. This was sorted and I spoke with Ian and apologised partly my fault however not all my fault we had genuine bank problems which I still don't have any great answers for. Put the Remus cat back on for looks and a bit of a gain.

I've basically got the cat back at this moment in time the resonated version. Imo for daily driving perfect louder than standard but not to much ... but open the valves and it's loud with lots of bangs and crackles. Will do some vids today or tomorrow

I went for the resonated and I still think it's loud .. open the valves close the valves and it's louder than standard but sounds awesome ... cracks and pops.

I have ... will post few pics and vids up. Really glad I decided to go for the Remus bit different than the usual.

I had almost identical issues it was the clutch slightly out of alignment there is a VW tech fix for this according to my paper-work. No issues since ... Could be that ?
