I don't have access to VCDS but do have an OBDEleven. Presumably when you disconnect one of the actuators an error will log?

I am interested in this, as my Skoda Superb 280 has exactly the same combination of ACC and Cam Actuator errors. Have had it in the dealer twice now, and they insist it is a fault with the ambient temp sensor... If it turns into an easy fix, I might attempt it myself...
