  1. Similar thread: https://www.vwvortex.com/threads/engine-dips-below-idle-when-coming-to-a-stop-then-recovers-to-normal-idle.9458886/
  2. I don't unfortunately, but it did also cross my mind when searching for similar threads.
  3. I know there is a dead spot in the first section of pedal, however does anyone else's DSG feel a bit "grabby" when town driving? Feels like nothing nothing nothing (dead spot?) then it "grabs", which to me feels like the clutche(s) engaging. This seems to happen mainly in 1/2nd gear. I find I have to really feather the pedal to be smooth in slowish moving traffic. Gear changes feel healthy otherwise, upshifts in sport can feel a little aggressive through the seat but I'm not sure that's an issue.
  4. When come to a standstill, it feels like the revs drop momentarily and it comes very close to stalling. The car has never stalled, but you can feel the vibration of a low idle and sometimes you can sort of feel the engine "kick back in". Stop/start is disabled. It'll quickly correct itself and idle correctly, but most of the time when I stop it feels like this happens. Idle seems pretty solid otherwise, and I've not had any performance issues or hesitation. Watching the dash it stays in 1st gear and there's nothing on the dash to suggest it's doing anything bizarre. I don't think I've ever seen the rev counter dip to zero or anything. Any ideas?
  5. Noticed this cluster of white dots underneath the infotainment system today. They are visible when the screen is off, and haven't shifted after a reset of the headunit. They seem to be underneath the screen itself, wiping with a microfiber cloth does not make any difference. Anyone come across this before?
