Similar mate. I can see there you are asking for 3 or 4 gearchanges in quick succession, and mine will behave exactly the same as yours in that scenario. For me it can be a single gearchange, say going 1st to 2nd or 2nd to 3rd at full chat. If the next gear is preselected (as it is supposed to be) it seems to take far too long to react to a paddle click, I would expect it to be near instant. The speed this thing revs out it's bumping the limiter before it changes. I'm having to adapt to shift up 'early' so I avoid it, which feels wrong.

Mmm not entirely sure. Just in standard Race or Race/Special mode - does that move it into ESC Sport?

Don't know if this is strictly a gremlin but... does anyone find the gearbox a bit slow to upshift when using the paddles? It's putting me off using M+ as I find myself bumping into the limiter at times. The shift themselves are very quick - as you would expect with a twin-clutch - but the reaction time from clicking the paddle seems very slow to me. I'm talking full-bore upshifts with foot flat to the floor changing up in the higher rev-range. From memory other autos I've had were much snappier - BMW ZF, PDK, even my 7.5 GTI was quicker than this I reckon.

Coming from a 7.5 GTI one of the first things I noticed was the very cheap-looking plastic sill plates. The GTI had nice metal plates with red illumination. The fake carbon trim is laughably bad, criminal for a car of this price point.

I had been driving about 20 mins in D, pulled a paddle when at a junction to put it in M1 but nothing. Paddles where unresponsive for the rest of my journey (another 10 mins). Worked fine again this morning.
