Has anyone any similar experience with interparcel? To cut a long story short I sent a parcel with interparcel months ago which was delivered without hassle, a few weeks later I started to receive emails from them saying the parcel was undermeasured by myself and therefore they want circa £67 in additional charges. I have asked if they have evidence to back up this as to my knowledge the parcel was measured accurately. They've since sent a PDF file back with a table stating a measurement and that's literally it, apparently they cannot provide photo proof however they want this from me to settle the matter...however as the parcels been sent this is impossible.
they are threatening to pass the matter to their legal team to decide if it is worth pursuing if I don't pay within 7 days.
Can anybody advise if this is likely to lead anywhere? I obviously don't want to pay the absurd charges as I don't believe this is correct however as I cannot back this up with photos I'm unsure what to do, if it will end in a legal battle and a possible CCJ I would rather pay :/
thanks
