Thats pretty much what I said in the last email, and the above is what she replied to me, we seem to be going round in circles... would you suggest reiterating the point or just leaving it for now? as I say, the only evidence she has provided me is a table which has some measurements filled in.

this is their latest reply after I emailed back stating I wouldn't be prepared to pay without photographic evidence.

It was a car bumper I sent, naturally I don't have another the same and would cost me roughly the same to get hold of one for the purpose of this, I'll have a look what I have laying round in my unit that I could possibly package up and photograph if you think that will work? 😂

I've tried phoning them but unless you're willing to give in and pay they seem to just Keep you in a queue 😔 so I decided to email back which is when I've found out unless I can provide photographic evidence they don't want to know, despite them having no photographic evidence to prove the parcel was incorrect. I stopped replying to the emails chasing payment after that and have now received the one above, would you suggest replying and stating I've no intention to pay or just ignore it further?

This was my first thought but given I measured it and entered the dimensions I don't believe I'm wrong. In my eyes neither of us have any legible evidence but I'd rather not have to find out the hard way. I can't personally see them risking court over £70 with no photographic evidence?

Thank you very much for the reassuring reply, that was my gut feeling. i asked them for photographic evidence and they stated they were "unable to provide this however due to the company's measuring device this can be used as evidence" which was regarding the table they sent me stating a measurement, and so since then I've ignored their emails requesting payment. The latest reply I've received from them is this: As long as this won't end up damaging my credit rating I would rather not pay this as I do not believe Iam in the wrong.

Has anyone any similar experience with interparcel? To cut a long story short I sent a parcel with interparcel months ago which was delivered without hassle, a few weeks later I started to receive emails from them saying the parcel was undermeasured by myself and therefore they want circa £67 in additional charges. I have asked if they have evidence to back up this as to my knowledge the parcel was measured accurately. They've since sent a PDF file back with a table stating a measurement and that's literally it, apparently they cannot provide photo proof however they want this from me to settle the matter...however as the parcels been sent this is impossible. they are threatening to pass the matter to their legal team to decide if it is worth pursuing if I don't pay within 7 days. Can anybody advise if this is likely to lead anywhere? I obviously don't want to pay the absurd charges as I don't believe this is correct however as I cannot back this up with photos I'm unsure what to do, if it will end in a legal battle and a possible CCJ I would rather pay :/ thanks

Yeah it seems to include everything my current policy does, plus a little more, as well as a Lower total excess by a long way. have cancelled with elephant and they were great, but now seem to be taking the piss to send out my NCB certificate

Does anyone have any experience with the above company? Have literally been quoted half what my renewal with elephant is so very keen to go for them unless anyone would say not to touch them?

I'll update once I've had chance to refit, as I'm definitely noticing the drop in power now! only mod I've got is res delete but that was done before the box was even initially fitted

Thats interesting, I may try refitting then in that case in a few weeks and see if any better! due a service so it needed to come off anyway.

I got it second hand I'm afraid mate, so can't see any support from them at all. i don't actually think it's an issue with the unit going faulty, as other people I'm sure I recall have had similar issues, where they can run perfectly fine for a while, and then start to throw up errors and such? Wondering if anyone who has had these issues has found a solution

Seen a few people mention issues before but wondering if anybody found a solution other than throwing the thing in the bin!😠 I've had my box fitted for over a year with no issues up until recently, everything worked perfectly...however a couple of weeks ago it started to misfire and run shitty followed by the engine management light coming on and various Acc and start stop errors. After messing about I decided to turn the map down on the box from +3 to +2 which seemed to fix things for a few weeks... However, the other day I pulled off a roundabout onto a bypass, started to accellerate and felt a huge loss of power, car was very jerky and would barely move to the point of being dangerous....so I limped it to the nearest layby, turned the car off and back on but still the same. Got the car home eventually, did a full scan with VCDS and had 1 or 2 engine faults along with a long list of gearbox faults saying unable to select certain gears and something to do with overheating etc. at this point I thought shit somethings really broken, so took the box off in preparation to book it in st VW....and low and behold, it's now driving perfectly fine and after clearing all faults nothing has come back. has anyone managed to work out why these DTUK are so hit and miss and if there's any way to have it working as it did? It'll be going in the bin if not as I wouldn't want to be in that situation again, and can't see it being good for the health of the car in any way.

I think for the overrun crackling and popping the valves don't make that much difference, it seems to be a difference in the map between sport and drive gearbox modes, the noise was barely there before removing the resonator when in S, however is really noticeable now with it removed, doesn't seem to do it really in D, even with the valves coded out so I believe it's a difference in the map.

I do mate. Sport mode it makes little difference tbh.

I'd personally touch both those in and risk it, windscreen I'm not overly sure on however.

I may be wrong but I'm sure mine without DCC has the option to adjust steering in individual? Anyone care to confirm?

I've been led to believe it will but am I hoping for miracles? I don't want to risk eating into the lacquer on the diamond cut? Cheers booth, I will look into which one has the best reviews and place an order.
