So I used snow foam, 2 bucket method, dried the car and then put the ceramic spray over the car. Once I get it to a rhythm I think it will be quick but this was my effort at the weekend! Thank you both that's great. We have a snow foam lance already with different attachments. I think I just need to bite the bullet and get it out each time. That way I can make sure I am reducing the swirl marks. Just didn't want to mess up the paint work and try and keep it in as best condition I can. Thank you everyone

Thank you for your reply. We do have a pressure washer but getting it out and using it, is a lot of faffing and hard work before even starting the wash. I was looking for something that would make it easier. That's great on the snow foam I shall have a look around and see what I can get. Was just worried I was going to mess up the lifeshine, Its not the greatest and I wish I had taken it to a Guy in Mansfield called PWpro he detailed my last golf and it was amazing.

Hi all, Can anyone advise me if I can use snow foam on my car that has Autoglym life shine applied to it? I washed he car the other day and went for a rinse with the hose and then the two bucket method, dried etc but I felt like that first snow foam pre wash wash needed but worried I might mess up the lifeshine. Anyone got any recommendations of what one would be best? I am a big fan of auto finesse but not sure if that's ok to use? Also I keep seeing some stuff called Hydro where it has no need for a pressure washer, you spray this on from 2 litre bottle with the solution and water and then rinse the car, then continue with your normal wash method Any help guys would really help Katie

Hey It’s that I can’t find the information I want to display, I think it just does not exist but I wanted to ask just in case I missed something. I know how to display the info, had a long time playing around with it and struggled to think what do I actually want to be able to see. As above one of the things is how many miles I have done since a refuel. I didn’t want the driver information in the middle of my instrument display as I like having the rev, speed and R logo. I have a Question, I am sorry if this has been asked many times but I cant seem to find it On the screen with my dials, speed etc Has anyone managed to get the drivers information, What I really want is how many miles you have done on a tank of petrol I can get some information in the middle but I don't want it there. I would like it on either the left of right. All I seem to get is driver data but that's not specific to the miles the car has done on that tank of fuel. I know I can get this on the centre screen in the vehicle data section but I just wanted it there all the time and its not ideal on the middle screen. Final thing, do people trip their long journey or short journey etc I have just left mine running, again I can only seem to do this in the middle screen not how I would used to on m Golf Mk7? I hope that makes sense and any help would be really appreciated. Katie

Hey everyone, I have just upgraded from a golf R mk7 to a Golf R20. Have to say I’m loving life. Not driven it too hard just yet but desperate to do so. Even tried comfort mode and decided that is not going to happen again ever. I have been on the form a while when I first got my mk7 but stopped coming on, since getting the car on Sunday I have been on everyday finding new bits out. Katie
