Is it doable? she’s only 2 months so rear facing currently, we do have 2 larger cars but she needs to be able to fit in this car if I’m to go ahead with it there’s none on my local dealer to test unfortunately for me!

I think I’m just going to get the 8R. I do like the CS, but I like the idea more of not worrying about wheelspin during the winter months etc.

would you say the spec I’m buying is good enough? DCC, pan & nav pro. I’ll retrofit the rev camera, PP pack spoiler and a few other things that I can get away with.

is race mode standard on all of them? Or PP cars only etc? I don’t know too much of specs.

This is kind of how I’m feeling. I know the CS will be an exciting drive in the summer, but fairly useless throughout the winter especially if I map it etc. I’ve found some stage 2 CS online are 450bhp etc. I think even 400 would be fairly useless, unless you spend money doing camber, bilsteins etc, really dialling in the front end. Whereas the R, no matter what you do, it’ll put power down great.

I do love the sunroof on the R, I have an SVR so looking for a quick hot hatch for work but wont go too crazy with mods as I have a baby which I'll use the car to ferry about sometimes. Also thinking of depreciation, not sure which would do better in 2/3 years when I look for a new daily.
