Prw662
Hi all, Finally picked up my first R last week (stock black, estate, ‘19). Love it. I’m currently using it around town - with a dog usually in the boot - so it’s fairly restrained journeys. However next week we go up to Derby, drop the dog off with family, and head up to Leeds. I was wondering if anyone had knowledge of some nice roads heading up/down that way where I can enjoy the car. TYIA.
slider09
The Peak District pretty much sits between Derby & Leeds (slight detour west). Some great roads and scenery through the Peak District. Worth the short detour. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
Jace
As said the best route it to head a little westward, I'd head out of Derby towards Matlock on B5023> B5036, then from there towards Chatsworth House on B6012., after that id head towards Hathersage / Hope Valley putting you right in the Peaks, then the A57 Snake Pass towards Glossop heading out to Woodhead Pass, from there you can just go many roads to Leeds. If the weather is clear its a great route but when its not its very dangerous on woodhead & snakepass. slider09
