    Just beware that fitting a large intercooler on a standard mapped car might have a undesired affect with regards turbo lag. Would recommend this with a Stage 1 or Stage 2 map personally!

    Yeah it's just something I live with now, that and the knock I occasionally get from the VWR Springs...

    Yes, happens to mine, and I am yet to pinpoint exactly what is causing it or where it is coming from. Quite annoying but I've got used to it now, I dare say my launch controls certainly might have worked something loose over time!

    I've the VBOX Sport, and I prefer it because of the compatibility of it with my iPhone (which my whole life seems to need to revolve around now a days... )

    eBay Link Clicky Hopefully this helps, personally I'd rather spend (and actually did ) spend the money on a VBOX if it's for timing as I already had VCDS.

    Mine only dips when the mirror knob is left in the Left Mirror Adjustment.

    DTUK Box will certainly give it that feeling of being quicker, from 3rd gear on especially. Having taken mine off I really notice the difference. Disappointed that I didn't get to do a timed run with the VBOX 0-60mph before I got rid of it.

    Seen a friend do this recently and it does actually produce some great results!

    The new Megane 275 Trophy is supposed to be a fantastic driving car, and the Leon Cupra 280 is also a great car having been in one personally, but the overall driving experience from day to day for me, the Audi S3 or the Golf R would be my choice!

    Yeah was a bit of a session for yourself yesterday, something must have thrown the sensors off, but at least they all cleared when it was taken out on the road. Also the box was only a few months old, and recently went back for an update to them, so knew it couldn't be it that had cause the sensors. Hope you enjoy the box Sam, be sure to have a cycle through the maps now you know how to operate it.

    Must find out if it was on/off when testing those results, other than changing KPH to MPH I never had a chance to mess with the settings yesterday!

    I enjoyed the box for what it was, it makes the car feel a lot quicker to be fair to it. Never had any issues other than a little jerky during gear changes with the old map with V3 seemed to rectify.

    Upgrading to Stage 2, wanted to help recoup a bit of money to go towards a custom map.

    Sorry yeah should have stated, DSG and launch control was used to gain result. Sorry the VBOX is new to me, did see a rollout feature on it but to be honest not even sure how to use it.

    Got myself a Vbox there yesterday, so decided to get it in and time a few runs on as flat of a road as possible, slight incline as stated by VBOX but very little indeed. Current mods to this car is a VWR R600 Induction Kit having taking of the DTUK box. I was quite surprised myself! Going to test the 1/4 mile times of it once I get my hands on my private runway at the weekend
