Yeah it's bizzare that they'd leave that out yet they do add 19" Cadiz as standard. I'd love to know how VW Ireland decide on this stuff.

Irish order here. Date ordered: 28/3/2015 Build Week: TBC (asked for post wk 22, to avail of new media unit). Golf 7R 5 door DSG Options: Lapiz blue metallic Pretoria 19" wheels Vienna leather Keyless entry Free Technology Pack (DNS Nav, rear camera, MEDIA-in, light assist). Driver Profile Selection

Hi guys, First time post here, another Irish future R owner! I ordered an R today, trading my 132 GTI. I see som of you have been disappointed with the lack of the Driver Profile Select button. Well, I got my dealer to get onto VW Ireland and they are adding it as an option to my car! It's only about €150. All I needed was the option code (PDA) and VW HQ were able to look it up and add it to the options list. I'm hoping to delay my build till week 22 to avail of the supposed improvements in the media screens. Then collect on July 1st all going well... Joe.
