Yeah, £530 from main dealer sounds very good. Been quoted £505 locally today, and that was for a repair not a replacement. Heres another pic after I washed the car, I don’t normally allow it to get so dirty! Might be be worth giving VW a call by the sounds of it. Thanks to all for your input.

Thanks for the replies. That panel looks a good price Derek, however my car is the 2018 model so not sure it will fit? I wish I had a camera set up like yours, to say I’m angry would be a massive understatement! Dave, I think the door is ok thankfully, a couple of tiny marks but I’ll hopefully get away with it.

Hello all. Went to my car tonight after a weekend away to find that some d***head has bashed the passenger side front wing in the car park outside my flat. Has anyone replaced a front wing themselves and if so any info? Will get quotes from local body shops tomorrow but suspect they will be very expensive. So hoping instead to get a matching second hand wing in good condition or get a new one sprayed to fit myself. Cameron.

Hello all, Took delivery of my mk7.5 R a couple of weeks ago. Absolutely loving it 👌🏼 Lots of great info on here 😃. Good to see everyone’s cars and read the discussions. Here she is. Very standard in comparison to some but still lovely.
