I think it’s just an eco light. It has a leaf on it. I’m used to looking for something to tell me about glo-plugs but I have no way of seeing an indicator of when to turn it over on this so i just for it for my own timing.

When I get in the car in a morning, I’ll turn ignition on but wait till the light goes green from red and then start it up. It looks like it’s an eco light or something, looks like a leaf. It sounds massively like it’s struggling to breath and it’s jerky when accelerating. This only last about 30 seconds but it makes me nervous seeing as I just bought it. Thanks for any advice.

Lol. All sorted. £91 for an sd card and all is right with the world. Bill forwarded on to dealer. Nice bit of mail for them tomorrow. They’re not even expecting it.

I don’t have any jukebox function as far as I’m aware.

Now VW Support just phoned and said it’s a normal discover media gen 2 and not a pro. I said according to the images on the website and on discover care it’s a pro. He said the images might be wrong.

Just had 10 mins with VW support, they have no idea what’s wrong and why the sd card doesn’t work.

It wasn’t bought from a VW. Stoneacre dealers. Sent them a massive email today highlighting issues the issues.

I plan on keeping this car for 5 years at least so it’s on my do list now then.

Lol. It’s the thought that counts pal. Someone gave me an old vw card but it’s only the 8gb card so I can’t put the 26gb update on.

Can’t update any maps because I don’t have a navigation database and can’t get one.

I tried the same thing from discover care and nothing works. No matter what I do. According to DC it’s either disco pro (downloaded the full 26gig download) and nothing would update or load the maps and the same for when it said media v2. Im always happy to video chat someone to see if they can do it.
