  1. We did. The installer called me back and says it's probably the cameras as he set the magic to 12v so that parking mode kicks in. If its set any lower parking mode won't work. I've told the mrs and now it's my fault lol!!!! I told her you wasn't happy finding dents or people hitting it and driving off plus all the cars in the area getting nicked. Can't win I'll just have to take the van to work once a week. Would it be worth investing in a trickle charger?
  2. This is on my VW California. These where installed a couple weeks ago and all has been fine but today my wife went to start it and the van won't fire up and listening to it over the phone it just sounds like its really struggling to start and the power is drained? Would any of these do this? The does sit about most of the week and does about 5 to 10 miles a week but in the 4 four years of owning it this has never happened before? Cameras are hardwired in.

Take me out isn't 10 years old now is it? [emoji6] Phil was funny on 'the love of cars' End of the day it is a car show. Jezza, hamster and captain slow knew about cars and where very funny together. It's going to be tough to top that trio. If it was a cricket show then yes bring on Freddie. But I have never found him funny on anything. The other 2 guys I suggested have done stuff along with Harris over the years on YouTube and magazines so why they didn't look at these guys I don't know. I'll give the new show a chance but I'm not hopeful. Bring back Vicki, Tiff and Quinton!!!! [emoji23] Sent from my Pixel 2 XL using Tapatalk

Freddie I've never found funny no matter what he does. He can stick to Morrisons adverts. Paddy all I could think of while watching it was 'take me out' and 'max & paddy' [emoji85] They could of got someone like Alex Goy or Henry Catchpole who know about cars. And then maybe Philip Glenister for comedy Sent from my Pixel 2 XL using Tapatalk

Only watched the first episode so far. Not sure about Paddy and Freddie. What do they know about cars? Matt Leblanc done my head in, in the last series but I thought Rory was alright. I'll give episode 2 a watch tomorrow and hope they grow on me. Sent from my Pixel 2 XL using Tapatalk
  6. Well cut away abit of loose and frayed trim under the arch and then took the car out but the noise got worse [emoji85] Looked under the drivers seat and found this plastic trim all mashed up and hanging off so this must be scraping the ground. Is this piece a pain to replace? I'm hoping the specialist can do it while it's being serviced Sent from my Pixel 2 XL using Tapatalk
  7. Did an experience at Silverstone in a R8 V10 a few years ago. That was lighting quick. But doing drag racing on the yas marina circuit in Camaro's was amazing Sent from my Pixel 2 XL using Tapatalk
  8. Not often I get to push the car over 90 but I can hear like a flapping from the rear drivers side. I think it's the lining hitting the tyre as it feels very close to the tyre but on the other side it doesn't. Can't figure out how to push it back without taking the tyre off. It's being serviced in 3 weeks so I'll see if they can find an issue. Car drivers totally normal so I'm hoping it's that. Has this happened to anyone else. Sent from my Pixel 2 XL using Tapatalk
  9. Think she lives near me in Apsley
  10. https://youtu.be/9PcUlglnOJQ Towards the end of the video they explain what to do if things go wrong. Sent from my Pixel 2 XL using Tapatalk
  11. Still loving my R 18 months later doing the 40 miles round trip for work. The car that does everything. My wife tells me I'm a 60 year old stuck in a 36 year olds body. Apparently I'm just like Larry David [emoji85] Sent from my Pixel 2 XL using Tapatalk
  12. Must be the lowest mileage 1 in the UK. I remember a guy called Riz from the R32oc who had a MK4 with about 7500 on it from new. Think he said it's never been out in the rain. Pretty sure he sold it a little while ago Sent from my Pixel 2 XL using Tapatalk
  13. From a good company no!!!! Any good company would ask you how long do you expect it to stay on the car? How will it be maintained? What are your expectations from it and budget. What make of cutter did they use? How do you know it was 3M? Was you offered hexis and Arlon as other alternatives. A cheaper material like metamark can cause damage if fitted poorly or on crap paint but if the vehicle is checked properly then these issues can be avoided. I've even tried to learn how to wrap and I can tell you if you're doing properly it's very hard to do. Ok nothing in this world nothing is perfect but I can count on 1 hand how issues a year she gets. Been doing 25 years so she's obviously doing something right? Who did you use to do it???? 14. What do you want me to say? I know her work and no it's never happened. I've seen her tell people I'm not touching your vehicle where she sees a poor paint finish or cheap [emoji90] material on the vehicle and doesn't want to get blamed if it goes Pete Tong. Don't have a pop at me because something has gone wrong with your wrap. I've had stuff done to my previous cars and it's been fine when she's touched it. Otherwise pinstripes in Leighton buzzard are another lot that do the job properly Sent from my Pixel 2 XL using Tapatalk
  15. Yes never. Any decent wrapper will view the car before fitting to make sure the paint ain't [emoji90] And good quality vinyl wraps won't peel the paint off when removed Sent from my Pixel 2 XL using Tapatalk
