  1. Hi both, I'm not long a white R owner myself, 3 door manual, since buying it back in May this year, I've refurbished the 18" cadiz wheels powder coated gun metal grey, remap stage 1 (makes a massive difference) Michelin P4 tyres and today just had a res delete done, im quite keen on keeping the look as standard as possible, so went this route rather than a full system, also didn't want to go full out piss the neighbours off with pop and banging, imo makes it sound how it should do Sent from my SM-N976B using Tapatalk
  2. Res delete installed, sounds wicked, and the good old water pump replacement....not cheep Sent from my SM-N976B using Tapatalk
  3. I've just had my water pump replaced today, I simply jacked my car up on stands took the under tray off, coolant was in the tray and you could see the drip when you looked up at the water pump, not a cheep job!!! Sent from my SM-N976B using Tapatalk
  4. I really want to paint my brake calipers, my car is white with gun metal wheels any of you have picture or suggestions what colour would look good Sent from my SM-N976B using Tapatalk
  5. Had my res delete done today, imo for £100 well worth it, its how the R should of sounded out of the factory, im not a big fan of to much noise but this is just enough Sent from my SM-N976B using Tapatalk
  6. I have been looking at different exhausts, in the end I went for getting my standard tips re-chromed and today had a res delete done, personally I don't really want to change the standard look, but also don't want the popping banging to loud!! The res delete imo is just enough Sent from my SM-N976B using Tapatalk
  7. I brought a AVA P60 washer, can't fault it, worth a look imo Sent from my SM-N976B using Tapatalk
  8. Korrosol!!!! Bl?@dy predicted text[emoji1787] Sent from my SM-N976B using Tapatalk
  9. I'm a big big fan of BH products, to be honest I clean my wheels once a week with 10:1 surfex HD no need for fallout remover, I do use the kerrosil on the lower paint work Sent from my SM-N976B using Tapatalk
  10. Hi mate, I went to motor city performance in northampton, spot on bloke, no generic mapping, customised it to what you want, I didn't want anything crazy, remapped to 359hp and 501nm, pipercross panel air filter and I've had no problems with my standard clutch.....apart from when you give it 7000rpm and drop the clutch[emoji1787][emoji1787]burns a bit, they are only round the corner from VRS, I highly recommend them Sent from my SM-N976B using Tapatalk
  11. Hi all need some help if possible please, on my MK7 Golf R when I take my foot off the accelerator I get a rasping noise, it seems to be worse between 30mph and 20mph, if I dip the clutch it stops, any ideas?? Sent from my SM-N976B using Tapatalk
