Yeah i extended for another yeah, 280/month for 20k miles. Had just stuck new tyres on so thought it worth it Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

cheers Rmick, yeah, surprised when we phoned our insurance that they said that...i thought they dealt with it. I want to use vw for the repair, and maybe even the hire car from them if possible so they repair it to the standard we need for handing it back if we are going to.

After a bit of advice... someone drove into the side of the car whilst the wife was driving...its in her name. Other drivers fault, just a young lad. Damage to rear o/s door, alloy, rear quarter, bumper and think its affected the brakes and steering. 3 months to go on lease which I was maybe looking to extend. How do i go about claiming, inform vwfs? Do i have to use vw for the repair? Claim and get repaired on our insurance then battle with the others insurance? Bit annoyng because of the hassle factor really. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

Hi mate, any chance you could drop ke a copy of the email/paperwork so I can push for a similar deal? Thanks Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

My first service came at around 18k miles...i prob need to check tyres tbh Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

Good to know this in case i decide to keep it. Mines a 2 year/20k miles lease but i up’d the mileage to 30k. So thinking now if i need to put tyres on and maybe service, i might keep and get some value out of it Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

Not bad. But its not a 38.9 discount...thats what threw me. So a lease deal, which would be approx 7150 over two years. Be wary that over three you will need to factor in tyres and a service etc. Cheers for the info. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
