To be honest, don't know if any other functions are left out, but do not care, I never use lane assist, have it coded out as well so it is seperate ACC is still working fine, so as far as I can see it only gets rid of the irritant Emergency and Travel Assist messages I guess that is why VW changes steering wheels etc to solve it, which we know does not always work out either I could do without all the assists, I am driving the car not a computer with buggy software

No unchecking it did not help at all, plus you would have to do that everytime you start the car I believe Travel Assist is part of Emergency Assist, so that was not an option in the menu, but you get rid of that too OBD11 coding has so many features I have good hopes the ACC distance can be changed, I guess somebody will or has found it
-
The option was "Emergency Assist" I know you can adjust the ACC distance but even in the shortest distance I find the distance way to big, would like to be able to change if possible through OBD11 coding Especially here in The Netherlands where we have a lot of distance speed control where they measure your average speed between points, everybody uses ACC at about the same speed range 100 ~ 105 kph, but then when people pass you slowly and move in front of you due to the short distance the car starts to slow down many times abruptly to keep the distance "safe" As far as I am concerned I am not a fan of all the Assists etc, call me old school, I wouldn't miss many if not all if they would no longer exist But I guess that is wishful thinking on my part

Hi all, after about 1000 km's I can say that the coding works great, no more issues 👍👍👍 FYI, the option does not show in the "Assists" menu anymore as well Next week on vacation to Italy, so if the messages staycaway during that 3000km trip I am sure the coding solved the problems Next on my list is to see if with OBD11 I can change the distance in ACC, because it is IMO way to long

Hey Kenny, I coded as you explained, and although I did not drive much yet, sofar so good, fingers crossed it will stay that way, again thanks for the explanation will keep everybody posted As you said you need OBD11 Pro to do the coding but if it works it was a cheap fix 🤞🤞

@kenny, no not yet, going to try obd11 first later this week, if that fails I will contact them
-
Thanks Kenny appreciate it, will give it a try 👍
-
@kenny, good to hear, can you give me the steps to code it out, I have obd11, I'll upgrade to pro if that will do the trick
-
Thanks guys 👍 @kenny, i am pretty local too (Arnhem, NL) How did you code it out yourself ?, with OBD11 ?
-
I would gladly spent the 275 to get rid of the damn messages, sometimes 100's of times on a 30 min drive You have a link to the Company ?

It is a non-PP, weight is about right, for a non-PP with cloth interior 12.5 -12.9 is about what 8R does in the 1/4, lower than 12.5 are few and exceptions IMO I do between 11.0 and 11.4 but I have 527hp

Word of caution, do not tighten them too much, I could not get mine off without elbow grease and 2 plyers

Hi thanks, no bottoming out, ride is like stock works great with DCC, is just more composed and flatter through corners, you can adjust lowering between 10 to 30mm front and rear, mine is lowered 25mm It drives rock solid also at high speed, I got it up to 295 kph on the autobahn chasing a R8 Performance that could not shake me off 😁 It is more expensive than the run of the mill lowering springs, but worth every penny

Yes a TTE540 turbo, Racingline 600 intake, Milltek downpipe opf delete/200 cell racingcat with stock Akra, ECU+DSG tune from BR Performance, dyno was on 98 octane Besides that Ferodo DS2500 pads and SS lines, and KW adjustable springs that work perfectly with the DCC. Car drives like stock at low rpm's, and is an animal when floored No fueling mods are needed up this powerlevel BRP has a fueling mod for 603hp/700Nm, but I did not want to go that far, because I think that would push it for the block I think a 6.8/6.9 (100-200) must be possible with perfect conditions and shifting

Hi all, Had something strange today car threw a CEL, the error reading was as per picture, anybody had this happen too ? I suspect this happened after an OTA update was done Ant feedback would be welcome before I go to dealer, since they are clueless

I am in a kph region, I still hope they can fix it, time will tell
