  1. I'm not sure if I've read your question correctly but I don't enter a town when using a postcode. You need to click town then on the postcode button bottom left of screen. If it's a new address the postcode might not be recognised. My home postcode is not recognised, but the street name is.
  2. Ignition off, press and hold 0.0 trip reset button, switch ignition on, release 0.0 trip reset button. "Reset oil change service" or "Reset inspection service" appears on the display, press 0.0 trip reset button to confirm. This will also set car back to fixed service schedule. You might have to start car up before warning finally disappears Page 23 in the manual .

Your rear tyre pressure is way too high!
  4. Sorry, had a quick scan didn't see it. Not being following to be honest, not watched since first one. This popped up in Bing as a new breaking news story!
  5. Not going well then http://www.dailymail.co.uk/news/article-3660497/Matt-Le-Blanc-quit-Gear-Chris-Evans-stays.html?ITO=1490
  6. Welcome Frankie! Build times seem to vary a lot, and can depend on the dealer. There's quite a few Scottish owners on here so I'm sure some will be able to give a good idea of the norm.
  7. Saturday arround mid day White estate heading into Llandudno on A470 just off junction with A55 attractive twenty something woman driving! Foot down passing others going up the hill. Black hatchback between Rhyl and Prestatyn on A5151 Sunday morning between 10 and 11am Lapiz blue, first one I ever seen, heading towards the Asda in Wrexham. A rather sorry looking white MF64 plate parked up in Bangor on Dee filthy exhaust tips not cleaned since last year I'd suspect!
  8. Welcome Addy what part of Yorkshire do you hail from?
  9. Creak update . Monday was a wet day and I'd already noticed previously that it creaked less when wet so I wasn't convinced I'd sorted it at first. I use my car daily and I think I've been largely creak free since Tuesday, a huge improvement. At first I thought that there might have still been a bit of a creak but it was very hard to discern. I've been to the coast and back today, nice sunny day up here! I cannot say I heard any creaking but I must admit I didn't sit listening for it I just know I didn't hear it. I will perhaps treat the felt bits too tomorrow just to be sure.
  10. What's the standard colour become?
  11. Forgot all about this. Been and had a look just now and it's exactly the same as yours Ash. 36psi standard. 41 & 44 when loaded up.
  12. Pretty sure you need App Connect for CarPlay
  13. I'll have a look tomorrow, but I thought my sticker said 38psi. I blow them up to 38 on the pump but when I check with a different gauge they all show 37. I used to make a habit of pumping the rear tyres of my focus up another 8psi when I knew I'd be driving round with 3 adults in the back and that used to make a big difference to comfort and stability. Not changed them in the R and not noticed any fall off in ride when fully loaded; perhaps the DCC compensates for the extra weight.
  14. Did you notice that Lapiz and White are the most common colours ?
  15. I've seen this come on quite a few times now, usually when the car in front turns left and I get a bit too close and on tight roundabouts. Never had it brake though.
  16. Box 1 Interior detailing products, detailing brush, microfibre cloths, glass cloth. Box 2 Wheel cleaning products, Wheel Woolies, wheel drying towel. Box 3 Bodywork cleaning products, wash mit, shampoo, drying towels Box 4 Full detail finishing products, sealers, waxes, applicators, polishing cloths Box 5 Everything else tip: Clear or translucent boxes, or stickers, or you'll go mad looking for stuff!
  17. Now then, now then, then now! It's fancy metallic beige!
  18. I don't recommend a launch control start with the rear hatch open, you might never see that baseball cap again! First time I've logged in while on my lunch at work, get 30 minutes, spent 20 resetting my password so i could get in!
  19. I'd assumed the pirate had not opened the rear hatch, hence dusty inside back window. I suspect the rear hatch wouldn't stay open for long after a launch control start. Or would it? ... and if it didn't would it still stay open long enough to extract all the suspended dust? ... and if not how much dust would have been extracted? I'm happy to leave the exhaustive testing required for someone else.
  20. I bet you've got a really dusty back window! Fun though, but a dusty back window. Lucy Liu? I'm sure we share a similar film collection. Hubba Hubba Hubba!
  21. Fully justified rant . I got my R in the last month of my previous cars policy. Hastings changed it over okay, but at the end of the month they sent me a renewal for £430.70. I'd already run the same car and options through compare the market and they had come in as the cheapest at £259.21! I phoned up to complain they checked everything was the same and with motor legal protection added on they did it for £282.11!
  22. Is one of the connectors like the top connector here? If so I think a lead that has a stereo headphone plug / jack on either end will work. Essentially the headphone connector on your phone is a line out. Plug the lead in there and the other into the media / aux port. Mapplins will have a suitable lead for a couple of quid. In fact your probably better off taking the car there rather then the dealer and just asking if they have a lead. They should let you try it and return it if it doesn't work.
  23. I used a small independent tyre and exhaust fitter for a good few years. At one time I was driving a Renault 5 and occasionally caused damage to the exhaust while attending a local Land Rover club's events. I say occasionally but perhaps it was a little more often than that because the garage owner invited me to their Christmas party. I'm sure he was joking!
