I've had the vagsport one on since Christmas. Admittedly I rarely drive motorways but I absolutely love it. When I do drive motorways it's only a little drone when under load i.e. accelerating up a hill. I was waiting for the bcs one but with no timescale and a good black Friday discount on the vagsport one I took the punt. So happy I did! My wife is 5 weeks out from giving birth to our first, so was a little worried about it being too loud and upsetting my daughter but having had it for 3 months I'm no longer worried. Hi all, in the last couple days I have noticed a strong smell of burning plastic coming through the a/c. It seems to only be when the ignition is warm and only after stop/start has cut in. It doesn't smell first thing when the ignition is cold... I'll take it to a garage asap but does anyone have an idea what it might be so I can give them a starting point? I had the Garmin / Kenwood unit fitted by the dealer before getting mine. It has lifetime map upgrades etc but the traffic is useless. It's ok for occasional use but if you're using it daily you'll want to get alexretro to fit carplay/android auto for you. I paid about 500 Sent from my SM-G955F using Tapatalk

I have the Vagsport one on my 7R Wagon and very happy with it. Minimal drone on motorway, only when going uphill or when the engine is loaded... BCS haven't yet made theirs final for the estate so I went with Vagsport and had it fitted by Mark at Progressive Parts. Very happy!
