  1. I want to do this and would probably fit myself but assuming the pipe has to be cut does this mean it’s not going back on if not liked? Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk
  2. It’s a real shame. I enjoyed this mag and as a subscriber for the last couple of years will really miss it. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

Total loss gap or shortfall who I rang. I’m holding out until later on week. I’m happy with a couple hundred quid. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

I think I’m going with the total loss gap at £213. It appears a better policy where it will payback for a modern equivalent car over the invoice price should the prices rise. ie. brexit. Ala to do this the price jumps even with the discount code. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

Ok. That told me they couldn’t price match mine as the policy was different. What year is your car and do you buy from new. Mines just under a year old. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

I phoned a couple of people today and it would seem we have all been on the phone as golf R’s seem to be the car of the day!! I’ve got £213 with total loss gap (shortfall) £284 with ala. back to invoice £394 with ala new vehicle The total loss at the cheapest appears to cover both of the options from ala? So confused how it’s so cheap? What did you get Dave? Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

I’ve got to do mine soon. I think a few people on here use ala. About £300 back to invoice. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

  11. I have some that were issued on install. From memory they are small but will dig them out and post. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  12. So if you had a ghost do you put a sticker on to warn the thieves before they break in and hope it prevents them breaking in in the first place? Or let them find out for themselves? Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  13. I’m guessing they were coming in for the keys for both car and lock it makes no difference. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  14. Well this just settles it in terms of it doesn’t really matter what you have they will have a go. I couldn’t up-rate my security much more without making the house look like a prison. As Gavras has said for some nothing will stop them. While really pisses me off is our camper van will end up getting parked on the drive so the car isn’t and that’s what I built the garage for [emoji17]. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  15. I’ve got a steering lock as well. But in theory keyless or not if they are coming in your house they’re coming in. How do thieves know if the car is keyless or not? Sorry if that’s a stupid question but mine isn’t keyless and I wouldn’t know. They could still break in for the key on a keyless car?? Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
