Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk Glad that's resolved. Very annoying experience for you. PSS are great tyres though. It is hard to find fitters that cherish the rims - especially at the discount end of the market - which is why whenever practical, I combine new tyres with an alloy refurb, and get the tyres delievered to the refurb shop, who take far more care IME. It effectively makes fitting free too. I just did a front wheel on a metal grating😡, but my tyres are fine ... one of those things if its diy...but when some else does it on your behalf....ouch Mitch

If you don't insist on new wheels absolutely insist that the work is carried out by a refurber of your choosing, such as Lepsons or Pristine. I have no time for Kwik Fit, they damaged one of my Mk6 Glendales and were a nightmare to deal with, in the end I walked away. Show them no mercy, lol. Lepsons in Basingstoke if that's correct don't use them they refurbished my mk5 gti monzas the Diamond cut was good but the paint work was awful looked like a alcoholic on a come down painted them

Top notch work, superb refurb on my Pretoria and they've done a couple of my mates diamond cut Austins and Santiagos too - both looked like new. Will be getting them to fit my forthcoming new tyres.
