I had a gtechniq new car detail which was £199 on a Black Friday deal, I think it's normally £299 but they are fantastic there, I'll always take my car there. Speak to Matt their and say you know me and he will sort you out You local to weston then? I'm in South bristol

Just about to leave the house to collect the car this morning and my useless salesman calls me to say he won't let me have the car today because apparently my finance hasn't been cleared from my Audi which was paid off about 3 weeks ago, I've had it in writing that it's clear, sent him this and discussed it on Friday afternoon. Called him back on Friday to check everything was ok and he wouldn't take my call so assumed it was ok then I get a message today saying I can't have the car! Called Audi/vw finance and basically told them to sort themselves out and talk to each other, which they did. Finally picked it up late, shame this happened and my salesman was too lazy to make one phone call and it put a really bad taste on the day. But once I picked the car up! Omg I love it!! Haven't pushed it too much but put my foot down a fair bit and chucked it round a few corners, it's wicked! Getting it detailed on Wednesday so I'll put some more photos up once it looks pretty too!

I'm picking mine up at 11am tomorrow, I'm soooo exited! Been waiting since July! Currently driving round in a touran which is boring and slow, can't wait to have an exciting car again! Getting a 3 door DSG, lapiz blue, prets, keyless and upgraded nav

And I got turned down for a job in a garage! I'm sure I know a hell of a lot more than the pretty airheads that work in most garages!

I'm not picking it up til March so I'll shop around a bit more in a month. I'm just annoyed that a non fault crash has put it up by so much! And I'm still off work in agony from it too!

I did a quote back when I ordered in July and it was about £500, just done a quote now and it's gone up to £630, got smashed in to last week by some stupid woman and putting a non fault accident on has put the cost up to £770!

Fair enough!I probably wouldn't go back based on my customer service experience so far! The insurance company even commented that they can't get hold of my salesman, they can't find the damaged car! Original lease car is somewhere in Bristol waiting to be repaired, claim has been confirmed as not my fault, although I've just done a quote and it's added an extra £150 to my R insurance! I'm not happy about that! Finally got a replacement car out of VW, a touran. Embarrassing but at least it's spacious for a while!

How the hell did you get your salesman to do that for you?! Mine won't even ring me, let alone do a full walk round video! I've asked him to send me a photo but I think I'm more likely to win the lottery!

I've got a few ill fitting skirts but that's from eating too much chocolate!
