Hi Here’s another couple of pics of the silver Cadiz, the diamond cut face gradually got worse over time so got them done bright silver as would be low maintenance for the winters.
-
Thanks Chillly, Summers will be going on again soon. 👍

Had my Revo’s for 3 years now and no issues, also got my Cadiz refurbed in silver for use as winters.

Hi all Finally got the V3’s fitted a few weeks ago, night and day compared to the old set up. Ride quality is so smooth over all surfaces, had the ECS Tuning heavy duty top mount and bearing kit fitted front and rear.

Hi scoobyc I’ve been running EMD springs for the past three years. The ride is pretty much the same as standard on passive shocks maybe a tiny bit more harsh. Here’s some pics for reference. 👍

Yeah, I’ll let you once I’ve got them fitted. The set I got are non DCC, my car doesn’t have DCC from factory so not sure what KW offer for cars with it but with adjustability of the V3’s I should be able to have a pre set for Road and one for track. Adjustment looks to be pretty straight forward on the fronts but adjusting the top on the rear dampers I’ll need to try might be a wheel off job.

Done a bit more research ( YouTube vids ) after I was told the B16’s would be long wait and I think you’re right. On a comparison video I watched it went into the specs on paper and the KW’s seemed to be better all round and you can adjust the Bump / Rebound individually where as the Bilstein was both in one.

Hi All My KW V3’s arrived today from Awesome, got them during Black Friday. Originally went for the Bilstein B16’s but they are on back order until April Awesome had said. So changed the order to the V3’s instead, will probably wait till spring time to fit them though.

Hi Dave, cars on EMD lowering springs and Revo RFO 18’s. No spacers and the wheels require no spigot rings either. Thanks

Hi v7fmp Had my alignment done yesterday at Automek in East Kilbride. Not sure whereabouts you are ? They are in Scotland and came recommended by Ecotune up here. -

Hi I’ve got EMD lowering springs and an EMD Sway bar. -
Yeah buddy Got my set from Progressive Parts but had a lengthy wait due to them being manufactured over in Europe I believe, ended up waiting almost 6 months. Think Demon Tweaks do them too 👍
-
Hi Stobsie Yeah it’s lowered on EMD springs.

Got the wheels on tonight , chuffed with the colour and fitment. Steering feels a bit more nimble too. -

My R is Limestone Grey ( any excuse for a pic ) Had a few wheels in mind but thought the Revo wheels suit the Golf great.
