  1. I have the OEM MPI injectors I haven't heart of Iroz but that looks very interesting!
  2. Not sure who told you that as littco themselves have managed 495hp @1.95 with no WMI
  3. The pistons are Wossner and the rods are rifle drilled (not sure on the make without doing some digging) and everything else internal is OEM. It's currently mapped at 2 bar boost. I understand that a bigger turbo will cause more lag and that is probably a game changer depending on how bad it is, that along with the price as I can't really justify spending thousands for a ~100hp increase 😂 It's already had a fair amount spent on it: -Forged Engine (rods/pistons) -Forge charge pipes -Forge muffler delete -Wagner intercooler -Racing line oil management system -Racing line oil cooler -Milltek turbo back non-res valved -Trackslag downpipe -AP racing BBK (396mm Vagbremtechnic J-hook) -KW DDC coilovers -IE intake system -Upgraded lpfp/hpfp -Stage 3 ECU/TCU remap
  4. My 7.5 has been stage 3 since 2019 and made 512hp and 601nm on a L450. https://www.instagram.com/p/BwuWhFfDEOB/ (the description says L500 but it's actually a L450). The engine has since been forged so i'm looking to see if it's feasible to upgrade the turbo. I'm thinking of going down the L560 route as littco have managed to get 607hp with WMI and I could possibly do an exchange however i'm open to other options. It looks like the TTV5 is a popular alternative however, i'm not sure if the cost is justifiable over the l560 + exchange. Realistically what are the limits on the EA888 now that it's forged? Would the L560/TTV5 be pushing the limits or could I go bigger? I've also seen that the DSG clutch packs might need to be upgraded (TVS?) for big power which I will obviously need to factor into the cost if that's the case. Any advice will be greatly appreciated 🙏
  5. Apparently the turbos doesn't like prolonged high speed driving, the shaft decided to snap in half 😅. I had no boost, she was smoking like a chimney even after the engine had been off for awhile.
  6. My stage 2 MK 7.5 decided it wanted a bigger turbo. Stage 3 here I come 😂 https://photos.app.goo.gl/3KM7Zc34Bd477AoDA
  7. I took my 7.5 R with Dynaudio to a local audio place to see if they could fit a mono amp and sub that I have lying around. They said the only way to do it was to go down the DSP route as it's not possible to tap pre Dynaudio amp as the signal is digital and amplified by the head unit. Is it possible to install a mono amp and a bigger sub without going down the expensive DSP route?
  8. @GregR-125 How far west of London are you? There is a really good garage called VRT in Slough - https://www.facebook.com/vrtonline/
  9. Regal did sell it, it's where I got mine from however I can't find it on their site anymore. VRS Northampton is an IE dealer, probably worth giving them a call The overall quality is great and it sounds amazing. It was quite expensive at £360 though. http://www.regalautosport.com/shop/blog/MK7 Golf R IE Cold Air Intake
  10. IMO ST spacers are the best option. http://www.st-suspensions.net/st/info/wheel_spacers/st_wheel_spacers
  11. I have exactly the same issue. The number 4 is sometimes bugged out too. My performance monitor also likes to randomly switch to G
  12. You will need a resonator delete pipe if you wanted to get rid of the middle box.
  13. Hi everyone, I have had my MK7.5 golf since 01/09/17 and everything has been good so far. I took it for a harder than usual drive, during which I started to smell coolant inside the car. I haven't been able to find any leaks and the coolant level is good so what could have caused that to happen (other than driving hard)?
