  1. Hey there, no wheel spacers with the rotiform. I did have 11mm on my original estorils though. The wheel is definitely similar, looks a bit chunkier and the details are slightly different. Think the car is quick enough stock but the temptation is always there for me with a stage 1. I think it's quite safe if you treat it well by letting it warm up fully and changing the oil twice a year. Also only using a recognised tuners like REVO, RL, APR to name a few.
  2. Sorry for the delay 😀 How do you find the eibach sportline? I’m guessing they will be very similar to the racingline springs which are actually manufactured by eibach. Do you have to avoid potholes or loose teeth? I had the DCC adjusted to the new springs but it didn’t make that much difference. I think the best thing to do is to fit smaller bump stops like the ones APR do for the 8R. Awesome trimmed mine down and it did help but it can still crash. Considering KW V3 or does anyone else have springs they recommend? I’ve even looked at the MSS kit which seem to get good reviews.
  3. Thanks Becca, glad to see you’re still enjoying yours, it is a stunner with the akro 🤩
  4. Thanks! That is something to think about with all the problems the steering wheels have caused. I seem to get the sos once every couple of months or so even with the new module out the replacement wheel. If you speak with control customs they actually know the problem and will eliminate it completely but it’s more expensive.
  5. Oh nice chunky new rubber, my estorils are tooked away in the garage. The RL R600 and turbo inlet give a little boost in stock like 10/15bhp but even more when tuned. Definitely something I’d recommend. The car dyno’d at 331bhp, 446nm stock and 416bhp, 540nm stage 1. If you also add an intercooler you can jump up another 30bhp with stage 1+ but I’m happy where it is. The car feels so much more alive especially in the rear with the magna diff. It likes to kick the rear end out especially in damp conditions. The Rotiform wheels are 8.5 x 19 ET45. The perfect fitment for filling the arches out a little. Tyres are 235 35 19. I love the steering wheel, highly recommend speaking to control customs with the design you’re after. I picked up a used wheel off ebay and had that recovered then swapped the parts over. I still have my brand new replacement vw wheel in the garage.
  6. Thanks! Most mods aren’t visible 😀 Racingline R600 and turbo elbow, racingline stage 1 ecu & tcu with PDM controller. Maxton rear diffuser, maxton street pro front splitter, Milltek GPF back with carbon tips, control customs steering wheel in full Alcantara, racingline bonnet strut and fuel cap, racingline springs, gloss black wrapped roof, Rotiform KPR wheels, genuine Performance pack spoiler. Think thats pretty much it 😅
  7. Been a while since I posted but thought I’d share a few little mods over my 18 months of ownership. Still loving it 🤩

    Exhaust valves

They do what they say on the tin but it was a trade off with drone so I removed them a few hours later 😀
  9. Not sure what I did there but I managed to hide my reply 😀 Can you adjust the KW version? The YouTuber humble mechanic said that you can’t adjust the ST ones without removing them 🫤
  10. Can you adjust the height without removing them? I nearly bought the st version through awesome but YouTuber humble mechanic put me off saying they aren’t adjustable unless you remove them. That would be a pain in the ass and expensive. So far so good with the trimmed bump stops with racingline springs, strange how some springs come with shortened bump stops and some don’t even though the drop is the same. I think they are included with H&R lowering springs.
  11. Bit late to the party but i have 11mm Forge motorsport all round on stock 19 Estorils
  12. How are you finding the racingline springs Gabe? 😉 Stu
  13. I'm interested in this too. Virtually nothing on youtube or the net. I'm torn between Racingline as their price point is the best for the ECU&TCU combo and the feedback seems very good or Revo which is taking forever to release. The APR package is fair bit steeper than Racinglines unless you just go for the low torque file.
  14. Amazing figures and car looks spot on. Do you have any crashing issues with pot holes on that combination? I'm looking into it now as a cheaper option than the KW dcc coilovers. I currently have the racingline springs with my stock dcc dampers which feel great until you hit a sunken grid or pot hole and they bottom out. I have just had the bump stops shortened which seems to have helped but its too early to know for sure.
  15. I had the racingline springs fitted and nearly swapped them out for eibach as the ride was so harsh on small pot holes. From the little bit of research I gathered switching them would make little difference. What did make a big difference was swapping out my hankook tyres for Goodyear Eagle F1 supersports. The side wall is much stiffer than on the hankooks. I also had the DCC reset by progressive parts in Manchester which also helped. If you are based in Manchester try and speak to Mark at Progressive parts.
