dogchillibilly Posted May 16, 2015 Report Share Posted May 16, 2015 I had the same exact text this week (about order progressing to stage2) even though that's where its been on the tracker since a week after I placed my order in mid feb too! Maybe someone one at VW pressed F5 or something... I asked my dealer - he said has a customer who placed an order in December who still doesn't have a confirmed BW. I placed mine 14 dec. ChrisSimm Posted May 17, 2015 Report Share Posted May 17, 2015 I'm currently at the documents stage, sent them in on the 8th and they received them on the 11th, i was told by one of the girls that work there that it usually takes 3 days to approve, it's Sunday and i still haven't heard anything, they were meant to also arrange a date for a drop-off last week but nothing, anyone received any problems like this and should i still be expecting a delivery next week? I'm not a happy bunny this morning as I was promised a call by them from Adrian last night to arrange delivery for this morning but haven't heard a thing and of course VWcs are now closed! I remember this day clearly (my wait only 5 months fortunately) and the journey to the dealership from one side of London to the other seemed to (and definitely did) take forever.
