Raiden
Common fault. The is thread on here somewhere to stop it happening again if you do a search. To get mine open I forced it open with a credit card so not to damage the paint. Then do the mod on the flap and lubricant the actuator with WD40 so it doesn't get stuck again. cocovs6
Might have to replace the actuator. Had to replace on Audi A3 as well, slightly different fuel flap but same actuator.

MassMassa
Mine did the same. Was a warranty job and involved shaving off some plastic! Raiden
kureigu3
This happened on my 2015 when the battery started to die. Turn ignition on (foot off brake), wait a bit, then turn ignition back off. Is the filler flap still stuck? If so, check battery.
